About the kennel

Blooming Roses kennel was founded and registered with FCI (International Kennel Federation) and ZKwP o / Sopot at the beginning of November 2020. It is the fulfillment of my biggest dreams and a source of pride.

My adventure with dogs started from an early age, but the English Cocker Spaniel breed appeared in my life in 2017, when the non-exhibition spaniel Lily came to my home, conquering the hearts of everyone around me. With this wonderful bitch I went through various trainings, joined forums devoted to the breed, and also met as great lovers of dogs as me.

A year later, a golden cocker Rosie from Hanga kennel joined me, confirming my great love for this wonderful breed. Thanks to this goldie, I went to my first show and I learned the basics of grooming from her experienced breeder. Due to a tragic accident and despite a 7-hour attempt to save our wonderful Rosie in the clinic, my second cocker love passed away on 3.06.2019. Each of us had huge problems recovering from her loss. Lily didn't eat or drink, and she slept in her sister's lair. After consulting with Rosie's breeder , we decided to bring home a new cocker to help us deal with the void.

In this way, I found myself in the Ricci Club kennel, whose owner showed us full trust and kindness and helped to book a female from the familiar kennel in Kaliningrad. Frida, with her puppy character, gave us a reason to smile every day and so day by day she started to fill the gap. I started to explore the secrets of handling with her, regularly going to dog shows, and being more and more interested in topics related to breeding.

To complete our family and being sure that I want to follow the path of cynology, at the beginning of January 2020, we went to pick up our youngest and the most crazy cocker dog Róża (also called Rumba, as she eats everything like a vacuum cleaner) from Perfekt Partner kennel. Since then, every day I spend working with my wonderful girls, learning about the breed, analyzing pedigrees, breeding lines, and talking to more experienced.

 

Currently, there are 3 cocker girls at home: Lily, Frida and Róża, who surprise me with something every day and fill my life with joy and love. Whereas, the name of the kennel is my bow to ROSIE Hanga, who will always be in our hearts.
